On a pleasant evening, we headed to Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel, our family enjoyed a memorable Asian dining experience at the award-winning Dragon’s Place—a restaurant that beautifully blends elegance with contemporary charm. From the moment we arrived, the modern Japanese décor set a relaxing tone, while Supervisor Haina and her team welcomed us with grace and genuine warmth.
The evening began with a trio of appetizers that awakened every sense: crispy Tempura Prawns, flavorful Thai Chicken Skewers, and tender Edamame. Then came the delicious Tom Kha Gai Soup, a comforting mix of coconut milk, ginger, and lime, perfectly paired with the refreshing Dragon Attitude mocktail.

At the Sushi Bar, Chef Ganesh impressed us with his creative fusion of Japanese and Middle Eastern flavors—highlighted by the Volcano Sushi Roll, Singaporean Shilli Prawn, and premium Kuroge Gyu. For those seeking an exclusive experience, the restaurant also features a special Teppanyaki table and two elegant Washitsu rooms that evoke authentic Japanese ambiance.

The evening concluded with the silky Namelaka dessert, followed by a peaceful moment on the terrace overlooking the Arabian Gulf—where the sunset painted the sky in shades of gold. Every detail reflected the care and professionalism of Ali Khalil, F&B Manager, whose leadership ensures perfection at every step.

To complete the night, we moved to Nojoom Lounge, beneath its dazzling star-lit dome, the soft sea breeze and the elegant Arabic-style seating created a serene, family-friendly atmosphere. Supervisor Janzeep led the service with excellence, while the master Bahaa crafted premium flavors with true artistry.

Surrounded by laughter, sea views, and positive energy, we ended the night with smiles that lingered long after we left.
