UAE, Dubai June 16, 2025: The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has adopted a comprehensive digital system for monitoring and collecting fines, aimed at achieving the highest levels of financial compliance, as part of its broader efforts to enhance the efficiency of the healthcare system and foster a supportive and sustainable environment for the private health sector.
The move aligns with government strategies to improve operational efficiency and accelerate digital transformation by streamlining and digitizing procedures in accordance with the objectives of the Zero Government Bureaucracy Program.
The digital system is distinguished by efficient task allocation, seamless interaction via a unified portal, and advanced technical support, all of which help improve the client experience and enhance their ability to fulfil their financial obligations easily and smoothly. Amna Al Mandoos, Head of Revenue Section in the Ministry’s Financial Affairs Department, highlighted that the newly introduced system is designed to fully automate all procedures for monitoring and collecting fines, in accordance with government laws on collecting debts of federal entities and decisions regulating instalment payments.
She further noted that the system facilitates the payment of dues by offering an array of online payment options, thereby enhancing customer experience and reducing administrative burdens on healthcare facilities. She reaffirmed the Ministry’s commitment to adopting cutting-edge technological solutions to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
